XM, a CySEC regulated international investment company, is seeking to recruit high calibre, self-motivated professionals to join its Back Office team!
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Dealing with client account requests such as change of account type, account currency, leverage
- Responding to client requests and inquiries via email
- Validating documentation provided by our clients
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, refunds and chargebacks
Main requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting is considered an advantage
- Experience in a similar position will be a plus
- Native Thai speaker
- Very good oral and written skills in English
- Efficient and detail oriented
- Computer and numerically literate
