“Easy Conferences” is involved in the organization of conferences in Cyprus and abroad. As a result of the expansion of our business and operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual that can join our dynamic team, in the following position:
Accounting/Administrative Assistant
The Accounting / Administrative Assistant will focus primarily on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable administration, including daily invoicing, collections, payables management and processing expense reports. This candidate will also have the opportunity to participate adhoc projects and assist with the organisation of conferences.
Job Duties:
- Generate invoices, processing client payments and credit memos.
- File and organize accounts, ensuring clients information is up-to-date.
- Perform data input activities quickly and accurately.
- Assist with other accounting functions on an as-needed basis.
- Assist the accounting manager with book keeping tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers and conference participants.
- Manage conference delegates’ information and operate within company software.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Higher education degree in Accounting or LCCI diploma.
- Computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Suite.
- Extremely organized, reliable and able to handle confidential accounting matters with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
