Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading Limassol based Fiduciary Services Firm we are seeking to recruit for the position of a Corporate Administrator.

Location: Limassol

Term: Full Time / Permanent

This role will see you working with clients’ corporate matters and will involve looking after the corporate affairs of a portfolio of companies. You will be responsible for the liaison with clients, Registrar of Companies, agents and other relevant parties. The successful candidate is expected to look after a portfolio of companies with minimum supervision and should possess the following competencies:

•               Minimum three years of solid experience in administration of Cyprus/ BVI/ Belize/ Seychelles/ Panama/ UK companies is preferred  

•               Maintaining the Register of members and monitoring changes in share ownership of the company

•               Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.

•               Ensure that a company complies and operates in accordance with statutory and legal provisions.

•               Handling the registration of companies: formation, corporate affairs.

•               Handling the client's portfolio concerning issues of resolutions, powers of attorney, signing of documents, etc.

•               Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•               Ability to provide support on technical and management issues resolve problems quickly and efficiently

•               Excellent command of English
