Our client is a leading international CySec Licensed Forex Trading Company with offices in a number of locations worldwide. They are looking to hire a Fraud & Security Manager for their offices here in Limassol. The Fraud & Security Manager will be responsible for the Company's controls and processes in dealing with fraud prevention and security. They will work closely with external and internal customers to ensure that systems are up to speed and that security and fraud issues are dealt with effectively.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Develop new and maintain existing fraud and security systems for the Company based on requirements
- Day to day inspections of security and fraud systems
- Continuously update current systems and processes ensuring that all aspects are covered
- Oversee Credit Card Fraud procedures are carried out properly and maintain a close to zero number and rate of charge backs
- Lead the Fraud area within the group and establish an overall Fraud Control System regarding related issues at large (internally and externally)
- Handle fraud cases independently, communicating to management and authorities worldwide on a per case basis
- Update and upgrade the existing Fraud Score System
- Implementation of the annual Fraud and Security plan and budget

Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in security and fraud detection within a financial organization or Banking institution
- Very good knowledge of credit card fraud prevention procedures
- Experience in corporate fraud at large: Internal and external, physical security, fraud prevention systems etc.
- Proven managerial experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient Internet user
- Computer programming and statistical abilities will be usefulHigh level of integrity
