Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Writes web marketing content, marketing messages and promotions to existing and prospect customers.

  • Maintains company Web pages & blog(s), writes new pages for the company website(s) as needed.

  • Coordinate content creation & publishing of company newsletters (internal or external)

  • Assuring web content is user-friendly and key-worded for SEO benefit

  • Helps develop & document procedures to manage Web content

  • Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc as needed.

  • Writes marketing materials and concepts for effective banners and landing pages.

  • Contributes to/updates the company’s social sites like Facebook and Twitter

  • Monitors social media outlets and responds on topics related to company/industry

  • Helps plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific marketing goals

  • Moderates content as it is contributed to the company website(s) and blog(s) by external sources and manages freelance writers.

  • Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Experience in writing for the Web and internet research

  • Experience in Web marketing writing with excellence copywriting skills

  • Creativity, passion for work, multitasking, efficiency, quick perception,

  • Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, SEO and content management
