Our client is an international trading company with HQ in Cyprus, active in the field of imports-exports of high-tech medical devices (mostly US and European made) and hospital consumables in East Africa and now expanding in the Balkans and South East Europe.
We are looking to hire an ambitious and dynamic Export Manager that will be responsible for developing new business in the Balkan countries and South East Europe.
Remuneration:
Starting with an annual package of Euro 96,000 Euro plus Commission on Sales, international Health Insurance Plan.
Area of Responsibilities:
* To manage existing accounts in East Africa (Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Burundi) and expand the business within the territories.
* To establish new accounts/distributors in the new geographical areas of interest of the Company such as the Balkan countries (Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia) and South East Europe (Romania, Moldavia, Bulgaria,).
* Preparation of budgets, marketing/sales strategy according to Corporate ethics and guidelines
* Preparation of Market Reports that will include the socioeconomic environment of the countries, competition, threads and opportunities
The ideal Candidate must have a University degree in a relevant discipline
and a Masters and/or MBA
* At least 10 years' previous working experience in a management position, preferably in a trading company
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in English
* Ability to travel extensively from the Cyprus HQ to the clients in East Africa and Europe
* Previous working experience as an Export Manager or a Consultant will be considered an advantage
* Holder of a European Passport is a must
