• Assist senior specialist with inbound customer service enquiries and problems in a prompt and professional manner, responding immediately to all requests.
• Assist senior specialist with the creation of new Adwords/Bing campaigns.
• Assist senior specialist with management and maintenance of existing Adwords/Bing campaigns.
• Work alongside senior sales exec to help generate new clients.
• Work alongside company director with ongoing learning.
• Work alongside partners - agency manager @ Google HQ.
• Educated in a marketing related degree level or qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience of customer service in a B2B related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google AdWords is preferred but full training will be provided so not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of Greek or Russian will be a strong advantage.
• Minimum GCSE English is required.
- Salary is up to €12,000 per annum.
