• Deal with all inbound customer service enquiries and problems in a prompt and professional manner, responding immediately to all requests.
• Assist company director with the creation of new Adwords/Bing campaigns.
• Assist company director with management and maintenance of existing Adwords/Bing campaigns.
• Work alongside senior sales exec to help generate new clients.
• Assist with the managing director in solving problems with clients.
• Assist UK SEO technician and managing director with client objectives.
• Work alongside apprentice to help train on SEM & SEO.
• Work alongside company director with ongoing learning.
• Work alongside partners - agency manager @ Google HQ.
• Educated in a marketing related degree or qualification is essential.
• Previous experience of customer service in a B2B related role is essential.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google AdWords is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly skilled in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of Greek or Russian will be a strong advantage.
• Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics qualification is essential.
• Ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Salary is up to €24,000 per annum.
