In the Account Manager position, you will provide professional and knowledgeable sales service to hotels throughout Cyprus.

Job Responsibilities
In the Ecommerce Account Manager position, you will:
* Provide professional and knowledgeable service to our E-commerce accounts while achieving sales objectives.
* Responsible for managing sales and service processes related to assigned ecommerce sales.
* Build strong relationship with Cyprus Authorities as well as Hotels in Cyprus.
* Participating in Hotel industry events.
* Maintains strong product knowledge and maintains the assigned accounts data entry within our internal system.
* Be the point person for all business related to the specified e-commerce accounts.
* Sales and relationship management through communicating effectively with partners and suppliers regarding booking and accounts.
* Maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of accounts.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure that business needs and desires are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collect, organize, create and present project briefs to internal teams.
* Assess client objectives and goals to provide clear, concise direction to internal teams regarding strategic interactive marketing goals throughout project lifecycle.
* Provide clear and detailed communication, both written and verbal, for clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
* Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
* Keep clients informed on new techniques, strategies and opportunities to improve their marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
* Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook software.
* Previous experience within the Hotel Industry in Sales or Marketing or E-Commerce or Events Management.
* Educational Background in a related field.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
* Practice excellent time and project management skills.
* Detail oriented and proficient in data entry.
* Exhibit ability to think outside the box when working with customer to create solutions that create value to the suppliers.
* Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization.
* Present positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times.
* Possess strong problem solving skills.
