On behalf of one of our clients a Forex company in Limassol we are looking to recruit English Account Managers to join their team in Limassol.
The Account Manager, who will reporting to the Head of Sales, will be responsible for: Building, developing and maintaining professional business relationship with clients via phone, chat and emails; Handling leads generated and then contacting these prospective clients and selling company's Services; Providing information regarding the Company’s platforms and other services offered; Assisting clients who wish to open a trading account; Identifying business development opportunities for the Company; Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries; Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals/targets set by the Head of Sales; Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, building trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity; Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the Company is offering; Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet Company’s core values; Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients; Maintaining high volume of client contact via phone, chat and email; Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients

Remuneration and Benefits An excellent remuneration package (basic salary & commission scheme) will be offered to the successful candidate according to their qualifications and experience. Medical Insurance is offered after 3 months of employment.
