Our client, a newly established company named Wosom Services Limited (www.wosom.com) operating in the field of Business Operation through Information Technology and on-line applications, wishes to employ an energetic individual to join their team in Nicosia.
Job Role Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal job holder must be able to strategically plan and execute on multiple projects at once therefore he/she must be well organized, creative, a succinct communicator as well as a team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, he/she must be self-motivated, possess integrity and able to work autonomously. The jobholder will report directly to the company’s Business Operations Officer.
- Develop and execute company’s strategy, to capture, produce and utilize photo and graphic assets, to enhance and support the publicity campaign throughout its lifecycle
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design
- Manage and overseas all aspects of day-to-day photography needs and activities for several Internal projects
- Edit high volume digital photography and maintain quality control
- Oversee asset management and servicing of material
- Handle digital asset management and archiving including transferring, renaming, attaching metadata, adjusting, backing up and uploading
- Produce editorial style photo shoots
- Present finalized ideas to account managers or stakeholders
- Working with a range of media, use graphic design software and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
Qualifications and Skills:
The right jobholder must possess the following qualifications and skills, which will enable him/her to successfully cope with the position’s duties and responsibilities
- University degree relevant to visual communication studies with specialization in photography
- Previous experience in similar position or general experience with professional photography (will be considered as an advantage)
- Advanced technical and photographic skills
- Ability to handle high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people and departments simultaneously and manage competing priorities
- Knowledge in digital file specs & size formats (will be considered as advantage)
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop Lightroom and Bridge (will be considered as advantage)
- Knowledge in arranging objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications as well as working with artificial light
- Very Good knowledge of Greek and English Language
- Strong team player able to work in fast paced environment
- Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills
- Strong eye for editing and selecting visual assets
- Willingness to travel within Cyprus
- Drone knowledge or Flying license will be considered an advantage
