Our client is seeking an outgoing Office Assistant to join their team.
Job Description
General Office duties, typing correspondence, filing, photocopying
Telephone answering
General ad hoc duties as and when required to assist the Managing Director with the smooth running of the office
Requirements
1-2 years office experience
Excellent English both written and spoken
Knowledge of the Arabic language would be considered an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Flexible outgoing attitude.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
