• Contact Clients who have registered with 10Trade and provide them with accurate information about our services
• Ensure that all clients understand the services we are offering
• Establish, Build and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements:
• Native German and good level English (good written and verbal).
• Minimum 3 months of Experience in Sales/Retention/Customer Support department in the Financial Services or telephone sales
• Background in Finance and Capital Markets– advantage.
