The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide continuous monitoring and evaluation of the all aspects of the verification department, ensuring that procedures are followed and  the standard of quality is being met
• Keeping up to date with all procedures and updates as set out by management.
• Improve the quality assurance process
• Provide daily feedback to verification agents
• Analyze results and provide weekly summaries on common issues found in the department to management
• Provide training to new employees as well as ongoing training to existing staff
• Submit Monthly  reports on progress and performance of staff to management
• Report directly to head of back office
• Assist the verification department as and when required

Requirements:

• Must have an excellent command of the English language
• Past experience in a similar position at a back office or compliance is a must
• Past experience in a CySEC regulated investment firm will be considered an advantage
• Excellent PC literacy and ability to work with specialized software
• Must be able to perform an intensive highly responsible job quickly and accurately
• Very good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Professional courtesy
• Multi-tasking ability
• Ability to work under pressure and to take decisions
• Ability to solve problems, initiative and resourcefulness
