Job Description
· Receive full training on the company’s financial instruments
· Establish the department’s internal procedures and training manual
· Train a team to provide online support to clients via email, live chat and telephone
· Assist with the launching and full development of the customer support department and with the recruitment of new members of staff
Requirements:
· College Diploma or University Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Administration
· Fluent in English
· Previous Experience in a similar role is a MUST
· Excellent Communicating Skills
· Very Good IT skills
