· Maintain and enhance existing Web Applications and internal systems.
· Customize and enhance existing CRM application, reporting, and development tools
· Define and document requirements related to CRM change requests and implement changes based on best-practices
· Work with IT development resources to integrate CRM with other applications using available and new APIs
· Support user requests to import data into CRM from various sources, following established assignment tools. Enhance import tools as needed.
· Provide technical support for production systems.
· Perform functional/unit tests for developed web application
· A University Degree in Computing or any related field
· Excellent knowledge of PHP, JavaScript or any other Object Oriented programming language, and HTML
· Experience with MySQL and strong relational database background/understanding
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing is required
· Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused and driven toward established deliverable dates
· Self-motivated, eager to learn and develop his skills
