We are seeking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team a a Sales and Marketing assistant of our IT Solutions and Services in Nicosia, Cyprus, reporting to the Managing Director.

·         Administration and maintenance of customer records and contact information

·         Promote and Sell solutions to prospect and existing customers       

·         Identify, qualify and evaluate prospect customers

·         Initiate and manage communication with qualified prospects          

·         Identify needs and implications of prospects           

·         Record and manage prospect customer contact details and communication               

·         Schedule, participate, document and follow up on meetings with customers           

·         Organization and administration of marketing campaigns and events           

·         Preparation and follow up of correspondence, proposals and meetings with customers      

·         College or University degree related to Marketing, business administration and / or Sales

·         Excellent verbal and written communication in the English Language

·         High proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

·         Knowledge and experience in the use of the Internet, LinkedIn and related search tools

·         Strong organization skills and multitasking ability

·         Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and taking initiative without direct orders

·         Customer and service oriented

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skill with ability to network

Remuneration will include a basic salary and commision and will depend on knowledge and experience on the above requirements and qualifications.
