On behalf of our client a dynamic and fast growing Real estate company, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for role of Part Qualified Accountant/ Bookkeeper, to joint their team in Nicosia, Cyprus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●To provide support to the Financial Controller
● Maintenance of financial records (bookkeeping)
● General Ledger postings
● Bank, Debtor & Creditor reconciliations
● Assistance in the preparation of Financial Statements (based on UK law)
● Assistant in preparation of VAT returns / Tax returns (UK compliance)
● Monthly management reporting for internal management needs and external stakeholders
● General administrative support to manage UK Property portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS
● Part Qualified Accountant/Bookkeeper
● Minimum of 3 years work experience
● Good Excel/spreadsheet modelling skills
● Excellent communication written and spoken communication skills in English
● Good attention to detail and organisational skills
● Ability to manage and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
● Team player
● Knowledge of Navision would be an advantage
