Our client, a global provider of technology solutions to the Financial Services sector is currently seeking to recruit a Turkish-Speaking Technical Support Engineer for their expanding offices in Limassol. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- On-boarding new clients and implementing changes to existing client setups
- Creating new client setups based on the requirements received from Account Managers and clients directly
- Updating of existing setups/internal maintenance
- Updating existing systems to latest versions and related certificates
- Handling day-to-day tasks and issues based on client requests/communication
- Resolving Emergencies/Issues (solve efficiently and in a timely manner)
- Constant monitoring of live environments by carrying out daily/weekly checks
- Become familiar with the tools/web apps used internally
Key Skills/Experience:
- B.Sc in Computer Science or related field
- M.Sc in Computer Science or related field considered an advantage
- Basic SQL database knowledge
- Good understanding of networking principles LAN/WAN
- Windows Operating System knowledge and experience
- Total fluency in Turkish is essential as well as fluency in English
- Ability to work as part of a wider team of technology specialists
- Ability to understand and learn how to configure new and complex systems
- Experience with log analysis, troubleshooting of issues and client interaction
- A solid understanding of the Forex Industry represents a plus
- Experience with the MT4 trading platform would be a significant advantage
