Our client is a franchise group, operating one of the most prestigious brand names in retailing history. Due to dominating market share and the growth of the brand on Cyprus they are now looking to add an experienced senior member to their already successful management team.
The Role
Taking operational control for the brand and working on a multi site basis throughout the network of stores in Cyprus. The Ops Manager will be responsible for cost and budgetary control as well as managing the bottom line and implementing commercial procedures to ensure that profit growth is maximized.

Required Qualifications
The Person
3 years experience in a similar role in the retail or leisure and entertainment industry. The successful candidate will have worked on a multi site basis and have sound communication and people management skills as well as being fluent in both Greek and English. A working knowledge of HR issues and compliance would also be advantageous.
