Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for an individual who seeks a position in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The person to be appointed will report to the Head of Project Management.
Main responsibilities include:
• Manage and lead project teams/managers to deliver complex projects and ensure quality throughout the project
• Define scope and expected deliverables, align stakeholders and influence decision processes
• Organise and drive cross-functional teams, determine success metrics, and track against milestones
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs when necessary
• Monitor risks proactively, drive prioritization, balance business needs versus constraints and take mitigation actions and contingency planning
• Develop effective presentations and project update materials to communicate project status to key stakeholders

Profile of the ideal candidate
• University degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 5 years of solid exposure in Project Management is a must
• Exposure within the Information Technology, Banking, or Financial services industry will be considered an advantage
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI and/or Prince II) will be considered an advantage
• Excellent client facing and analytical and problem solving skills
• Very good organisational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions;
• Excellent teamwork skills to lead direct and virtual teams
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language and excellent verbal and written communication skills
