Lead Capital Markets is the Operator behind the rising investment portal ‘Stock.com’; offering Stocks, CFDs, Forex Commodities and Binary Options trading platforms. Lead Capital Markets is based in Limassol and is fully regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”).

The Company is seeking to employ motivated and enthusiastic individuals, for the English Binary retention department, located at our Limassol offices.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, satisfaction and loyalty. Providing clients with up-to-date market trends and pricing information.
• Promote the Company’s products and services
Keep to sales targets
• Manage on-going private client relationships
• Conduct business development
• Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s trading and payment platforms
• Help maintain high levels of client acquisition
• Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and the factors that influence them

Qualifications/Skills

• University graduates with Finance related degree will be considered an advantage but not essential.
EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE IS A MUST OF AT LEAST 1 YEAR
• Fluency in English language, to mother tongue level, both oral communication and written is a must
• Good Knowledge of online trading platforms (MT4) or other FX/CFD trading platforms and back office systems
• Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Must be efficient and organised
• Excellent telesales skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/ manage others in a fast paced & dynamic environment
• Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment

Experience

• Previous experience in a client facing, sales or similar role is a must
• Industry experience will be considered and advantage
