Binary Options Sales/ Retention Opportunity
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promotion of services and attracting new customers
• Sales / telephone consultations to potential clients
• Work with clients
• Up-selling internal products
• Working as a part of a team
• Developing relationships with clients

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in the Forex or Binary Options
• Experience in sales
• High level of self-organization
• Ability to work under pressure , ability to competently communicate with customers

Required Qualifications
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Operations
a. Handling new and existing clients
b. Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
c. Completing sales/retention operational requirements
d. Make welcome calls and follow up calls to new and existing clients
e. Actively following up on queries and provide feedback to customers in a timely manner
f. Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
g. Train and educate clients on the companies’ products and services
h. Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering
i. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
j. Contributing to department by accomplishing related results as needed.
k. Proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with all support departments.
l. Maintaining current client portfolio
m. Contacting new and existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and a high quality service.
n. Meet management set targets (monthly/ weekly)
o. Providing general information to the clients about the company and its services and assisting them effectively to manage their accounts.
p. Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for all account related matters.
q. Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
r. Building trust, effective communication, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
s. Insure a high rate of successful client calls
t. Drive to minimize client dissatisfaction and increase client satisfaction rate.
u. Report directly to department for all department functions.

2. Communication
a. Internal to the department.
b. Co- operation with the Head of Sales / Retention and members of team for better client service and support.
c. Constant communication with the Senior Management in regards to problems concerning operation and technical issues.

3. Business Development
a. Targeting new clients through networking and prospecting referred clients.
b. Maintain ongoing courteous personal contact with clients to support client retention.
c. Provide competitively priced, high quality/value client service to enhance sales and strengthen client retention rates.
d. Work in a team oriented environment, whilst aiding in establishing and maintaining a motivational work environment
e. Meet individual and department sales targets and managing own time to reach set targets.
General Responsibilities:
1. Work proactively towards the best interests of the company and the clients
2. Exercise strict confidentiality and maintenance of Chinese walls
3. Comply and conform at all times to CySEC and other relevant authorities’ regulations and requirements
4. Carry out any duties which may from time to time be assigned by the senior management
5. Support and promote the Company’s Products and Services
6. Support and assist the smooth operations of the Department
7. Maintain and improve job knowledge and skills
8. Maintain a pleasant working environment and encourage team work and co-operation with all colleagues.
