Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparation of Management Accounts. Responsible for the day-to-day processing of accounts transaction in order to ensure correct and timely preparation/generation of Management Accounts and statements.
• Responsible for preparation of Cash Flow.
• Assist with internal and external audit.
• Supervise the day-to-day duties of the Book-keepers with the objective of performing work smoothly and effectively.
• Liaise with bank for all matters relating to bank accounts.
• Ensures the Fixed Assets registry is up to date.
• Responsible for preparation of payroll and ensures timely payment of Salary, Taxes and Social Contribution.
Education:
Party qualified with relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area and two or more years experience in Accounting.
Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures.
• Good knowledge of VAT and Tax laws.
• Use of related financial and statistical software products.
• Fluent in English.
