Job Description
The Sales department is in need of sales and pre-sales people responsible for developing customer relationships in the Sales cycle. These people will be responsible for understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the spectrum product offerings.
Main Duties:
•Proactively engages in the Sales cycles
•Understanding customers', specific business needs and applying product knowledge in meeting those needs
•Able to help qualifying a Sales opportunity
•Assisting Sales people in the qualification of customer needs
•Be able to position our products against the competition
•Responding in writing to customer requirements, RFP’s, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
•Working with Sales people on the execution of specific Sales strategies
•Monitoring and managing the technical pre‐Sales requirements
•Meeting customers and delivering product presentations
•Reports progress and issues to the Manager in a timely manner. In particular, to relay issues that might impact on quality or the ability to deliver to timescales or estimates
•Ability to work with technical and other business owners to get things done
•Ability of applying Sales methodologies in the Sales cycles

•Microsoft Hyper-V & VMware Technologies
•Disaster Recovery Solutions
•Server Technologies (HP, IBM, Cisco)
•Storage Technologies (HP, IBM, NetApp)
•Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, SQL Servers
•Cloud Solutions (on Premises or/and on Private-Public Cloud)
•Backup Solutions (Veeam, Symantec)
•Networking Solutions (Cisco, HP)
•Security Solutions (Cisco, Checkpoint, Sophos, Symantec)
•IP Telephony Solutions (Cisco, Avaya)

•Previous Sales or working experience in IT is a basic requirement
•University degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
•Fluent in English and Greek
•Good communications skills
•Computer literacy: MS Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to generate new leads, build strong relationships and succeed in Sales
•Team oriented and enjoys dealing with people at all levels
•University degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
•Fluent in English and Greek
