Job Description
CommexFX, an award winning Forex broker based in Limassol, is currently seeking to recruit a professional as IB and Affiliates Manager to enhance the Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
• Handling new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Affiliates on a daily basis
• Building and maintaining a partners’ portfolio.
• Support with setting targets for partners
• Contacting new and existing partners ensuring their satisfaction and a high quality service.
• Following up on IB/Affiliates enquiries and handling requests
• Taking overall responsibility for the company's partners.
• Providing general information to the IBs and Affiliates about the company and its services, and assisting them to effectively manage their clients.
• Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for opening accounts and verifying customer documents.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Requirements:
• Languages: Fluency in English is a must.
• Fluency in another language is a plus
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Forex Industry as a Sales person or IB/Affiliates Manager
• Previous experience in other markets as Sales executive or a relevant position is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Personality: Persistent and patient as the job requires in the face of obstacles
• A Bachelor in Finance and Business related fields will be considered an advantage
The company is offering a competitive salary based on experience plus very good commission structure for reaching monthly targets. Benefits will also include Medical Insurance and 13th salary.
