Job Description
We are now seeking for a HR Officer , for our clients, a regulated Foreign Exchange Broker
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Able to conduct performance appraisals & introduce trainings when necessary
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Academic Requirements
University Degree in HR
Practical Experience in the field desirably from the forex industry
Excellent knowledge of the Greek & English language both written & oral
Personal Skills
Organized and able to work under pressure
Team orientated
Can work in a multinational environment
Honest and able to maintain confidentiality
