Key Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who seeks a challenging position in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will provide support and report to the Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities include:
•Work closely with the field managers in the assigned agencies and provide support in developing their agency
•Provide support to the field managers in ensuring that there is an effective two-way communication between the Head Office and the agency network
•Assist in the monitoring, assessment and development of the field managers
•Deliver/facilitate training, mentoring and coaching to the field managers
•Assist in the recruitment and the on-boarding training of trainee managers and agents, ensuring the quality of their outcome
Requirements and Qualifications:
•University Degree in Business Administration or related field. Postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field will be considered an advantage
•At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with proven exposure in sales
•Experience in the insurance sector will be considered an advantage
•Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
•Excellent relationship building skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to communicate with impact
•Fluency in English and Greek
•Computer literate
