Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a serious professional to quickly help run an international professional services business. A small family company operating primarily in the UK from Cyprus, is looking for an experienced international b2b sales and marketing manager. This is a huge opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled sales individual to realistically earn over 60k in the first year, providing they are willing to work. The successful candidate will be expected to implement a complete sales and marketing strategy and will be working closely with as well as independently of the managing directors in almost every sector such as oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, finance, law and manufacturing. The candidate will be expected to hit the ground running with immediate suggestions and ideas from week one! They will be given freedom to attempt different strategies including outsourcing for specific markets. Long working hours, though many from home are a given!

Job responsibilities:

• Controlling the complete sales process from start to finish
• Researching potential markets and companies
• Drawing up, implementing and managing cold calling campaigns, internet marketing campaigns and direct mail campaigns
• Relationship and lead management
• Managing other business operations such as project management, human resources and ISO 9001 implementation.
