The Group Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for corporate finance, financial reporting, and performance management functions of a Multi-Billion Euro, Russian, Israeli and Indian group of companies and key responsibilities will therefore include:

• Group financial and management accounting
• Capital management
• Financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial policies and controls
• Treasury and financing
• Group tax strategy
• Investor relations
• Extensive travelling

The Group Chief Financial Officer will also play an active and important role in overseeing the plans and performance of The Company’s various subsidiary companies and will be closely involved with the Group Chief Executive Officer in formulating and evaluating strategic and structural scenarios and initiatives and in presenting the Group’s direction, as appropriate, to key stakeholders and the investment community. The Group Chief Financial Officer will be expected to make significant contributions on these and related matters, and to provide an effective and open source of ideas, advice and debate for the Group Chief Executive Officer. It is, therefore, a professional leadership, a business leadership, and partnership role.

Remuneration: €120.000 per year plus bonus, full cover family medical scheme and globally invested private pension fund. The company contributes 10% toward pension funds. The employee contributes a minimum of 5%
Desired Skills and Experience

• At least 15 years of successful experience in a senior finance role (e.g. Group Chief Financial Officer or Chief Financial Officer) in a large publicly listed company, ideally in an environment of strong competition and change.
• Should have extensive financial management experience, ideally with either close involvement with or experience in senior line management and/or commercial management.
• Good understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage organic growth and improve returns from existing businesses with significant experience in investor relations, performance management, corporate finance, corporate structuring, financial reporting and capital management.
• Demonstrated experience and ability in providing a strong level of strategic and commercial support in the management and planning of a complex business in support of the Board, Group Chief Executive Officer and the Divisional and Subsidiaries.
• Ability to anticipate and interpret complex financial information and related data, and clearly communicate the findings to top management to enhance shareholder value.
• Strong record in ensuring financial management processes are sound and re-engineering them where necessary.
• Advanced finance and accounting knowledge, including experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strong analytical skills, Strategic Leadership Ability, sharp and inquisitive mind.
• Must be technically competent and business savvy.
• Outstanding Communication Skills. Excellent people management and people development skills. A self-starter who can focus on the highest levels of financial issues.
• Flexible, energetic and committed to attaining challenging performance targets with high level of self-confidence, unafraid to speak out when in disagreement with a decision or direction, but who will support the decision once it is made.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any relevant discipline.
• Relevant professional accounting/ finance certification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA.
• Fluent in English
