Job Description
Our client, an international leading specialist in the construction and opening of hotels is looking to recruit a highly dynamic Hotel Sales Manager for its luxurious hotel and spa in Larnaca.
You will be a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. You will be responsible for meeting/exceeding personal revenue goals
General Responsibilities Include:
• Sell bookings through solicitation of new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls and written communication
• Actively participate in sales presentations
• Conduct property tours, site visits, FAM receptions and customer meetings
• Travel to specific markets to visit prospective and key accounts
• Conduct/attend meetings as appropriate to the position
• Entertain as needed to showcase hotel to prospective clients
• Develop networking opportunities through active participation in community and professional memberships
• Make appropriate departments aware of guest comments, changes in set-up or guarantees and special requirements
• Maintain positive communication with Banquets, Kitchen and Operational Departments and Managers
• Cooperate with all support departments. Ensure that they have correct information to provide the highest quality of service

• Previous experience in sales manager role, preferably at a luxury hotel
• Strong computer literacy, with knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication skills, passionate, strategic and innovative
• Able to develop strong work relationships with both Clients and Colleagues
• Self-confident, proactive, and able to prioritize and make effective decisions
• Ability to implement processes and methods
• Ability to manage a budget and maximize customer satisfaction
