On behalf of our client a large multinational investment company we are seeking to recruit for the position of a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Officer.

Job Description:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries


Requirements:

Fluent in Portuguese
Excellent communicating skills
IT Literate
Previous FOREX experience an advantage
