Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd, a well-established CySec regulated investment firm is seeking to recruit a high calibre, ambitious and energetic professional to join its team of Customer Care.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

-Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
-Assisting clients with queries and questions
-Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
-Promoting available products and services to clients
-Interacting with other departments
-Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results
