• Taking overall responsibility for the company’s clients
• Provide new and existing clients with the highest level of services
• Following up on client matters
• Customer Service and relationship management
• Assisting Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client

Fluent knowledge (written and spoken) of English PLUS one or more of the following languages:
French, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese
• A University or College degree preferred but not essential
• Experience in Forex (Sales or Retention) , ideally 1 year
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication skills and strong personality
