ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Able to work on the POS System.
· Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly manner.
· Take food and beverage orders
· Responds to any reasonable task assigned by supervisor or manager.
· Keeps work area clean and organized.
· Walks around and checks on guests’ satisfaction.
· Ensures cleanliness of restaurant including polished flatware, clean glassware and plates.

. Prepare all necessary salads, sides, and sandwiches for Union Square.
. Cut and prepare necessary vegetables and fruits.
. Maintains a clean and sanitary work area
. Performs other duties as assigned

Previous Knowledge of working in a kitchen and operating on a POS System.

Greek must be your first language along with the knowledge of English.
