Responsibilities:
• Taking overall responsibility for the company’s clients
• Contact new clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Generating new business
• Following up on client matters
• Customer Service and relationship management
• Client-related administration and account opening
• Assisting Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client and AML Anti Money Laundry documentation
• Flexible working hours 08:00–16:30 & 10:00–18:30


Remuneration
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Basic Salary will be €1300 -1700 gross based on experience and languages
• Commission percentage on targets –uncapped
• 13th salary

• Fluent knowledge (written and spoken) of English PLUS one or more of the following languages:
French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Chinese
• A University or College degree preferred but not essential
• Experience in Forex (Sales or Retention) , ideally 1 year
• Computer literate.
• Previous experience with CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, strong personality and self- directed
• Ability to work towards targets in a demanding, dynamic and fast paced environment
