MindByte is providing services to not-for-profit associations and supports them in their work.
An advertising, communications and media sales role has come up with immediate effect.
Project:
www.healthmanagement.org
Role:
The role is to solicit for our print and online journals advertisement, advertorials and all other kind of media investments.
Our clients are healthcare companies world-wide selling goods and services to health insitutions.
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, will be able to sell "Ice to the Eskimos" and will love communication over the phone.
Travel to tradeshows around the world in order to meet the clients face2face shall not be an obstacle.
You have a hands-on approach and enjoy taking on a leading role in outbound telesales calls to sercure existing business and to generate new sales opportunities. You will
Secure a targeted number of daily calls
Encourage via telesales activities to convert into real business
Attending events and exhibitions
Face-to-face meetings with the different cliets during trade-shows
Achievement of comittments
IT skills (email, database, word) are necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop advertising sales via telephone calls and emails
• Prepare client proposals, negotiate the terms of an agreement and finalise sales
• Make quick and accurate judgment calls in providing clients with appropriate offers
• Discuss new sales opportunities and build special packages or sales themes
• Follow up on advertising materials and monitor accurate placement of advertisement position in relevant publications
• Organise and attend client meetings during congress events
• Gather market and customer information
• Regular review of sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Inform the publisher about future buying trends on a regular basis
• Make regular reports on sales activities to the Publisher
