Our client, a Zurich based innovative and ground breaking and fast- growing technology company, specializing in developing software for FX markets is seeking to recruit a Technical metatrader support ?executive for their new operations in Limassol.
Tasks:
Install MT4-related systems for clients (initial client set-up, group configurations and settings, troubleshooting and general assistance)
Assisting clients with questions on the phone and via email
Introducing, implementing and optimizing procedures to streamline all client/setup related business aspects
Communicate and coordinate with sales team

Key Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Turkish-Speaker
- Master Degree or equivalent in computer science
- Experience is preferred but not essential
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Good people skills
- Basic understanding of Foreign Exchange Markets?is considered an advantage
- Passport from EU/EFTA or eligibility to work in Cyprus is essential

The candidates suitable for the role should have a good technical background within database concepts, ability to understand and research any problems and arise with innovative solutions.
