Limassol
For our client, a CySEC Regulated Investment Firm located in Limassol, we are looking for experienced Account Managers (European Languages).
Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Promoting the Company's products and services.
Assisting clients with queries on trading with the Company's instruments available for use.
Providing assistance and training to new clients on the Company's platform
Making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
Providing clients with up to date information on the market and their account performance
Answering clients queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned from the Management
Qualifications:
University/College Degree in Economics or any relevant field
1-3 years of relevant working experience in FOREX/CFDs
Knowledge of financial markets
Computer Literate/ MS office proficient
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Fluent English verbal and written
Must be Fluent/Native in one/more European language.
