Your role as a Lead Fullstack Developer is to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. Job Responsibilities
- Development of different parts of our software applications
- Design an integrations middleware, full functional software and web applications
- Manage software developers (or teams of developers) to achieve a full synchronization for frontend and backend development processes.
- Responsible for motivating team members, assessing their performance and performing individual evaluations. Team leader is also responsible for:
- Setting clear team goals and KPIs
- Delegating tasks and setting project deadlines
- Overseeing day-to-day teams' operation and performances
- Performingregularperformanceevaluation
- Communicating with teams about their performance
- Monitoringteamperformance
- Motivating team members
- Listening to team members’ feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts
Requirements
- Experienced in C#, ASP, .NET and MVC, and Web API/RESTful API
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience using Angular
- Well versed in Source Control using GIT
- Experience working with cloud technologies and the use of DevOps tools,
- Understanding and applying the CI CD methodology
- Currently using and well versed in Design Patterns including microservice architecture
- Experience with testing your own code - Unit Testing or TDD
- Mentoring Junior/Mid-level developers
