AVA FX will be offering trading services for clients around the world. The FX Dealers (staff) will be communicating with clients by phone and managing trading risk against them. Full training will be given to appropriate candidates.
The dealers will execute transactions for the clients, place orders, monitor the markets, write analysis, offer technical and practical assistance, trade and manage risk

Willingness to work hard and maintain shift hours
English at mother tongue or excellent level essential.
Additional extra languages a big asset.
Education – preferably Bachelor graduates with an emphasis in Business or Finance.
Very comfortable with mathematics.
Strong telephone sales skills.
Able to work unsupervised.
Knowledge of the Foreign Exchange industry a major plus.

Hours will be in alternate shift work in two main shifts of either 8:00-16:30 or 15:30-24:00, as well as alternate on-call shift work from home from 24:00-8:00 Monday – Friday (can be done from Home at beginning). The office will essentially be opened 24-hours.
