Job Description

Our client, a well-reputed International Accounting & Auditing Firm, is looking for an experienced Corporate and Compliance Administrator to join the Corporate and Compliance Team in Limassol. 

Responsibilities:

Preparation of various corporate documents

Preparation of directors and shareholders resolutions

Preparation of payment orders 

Opening of bank accounts

Filling of documents 

Communication with clients, government authorities, financial institutions and other associates

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge in AML and KYC 

Experience in a related role approximately 2-3 years

Excellent interpersonal and professional skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to client service

Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Russian or Chinese will be considered as an advantage.

Sound computer skills

Ability to work as a team member
