Our client in Nicosia, a CySEC regulated Forex Company, is looking for a skilled Head of Payments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify new Banks and PSPs
Recommend new banks and PSPs to the Management according to business needs and provide guidance to the Management regarding related issues
Interaction with PSP's and ability to develop long-lasting relationships and negotiate terms and conditions
Dealing with the onboarding of banks and PSPs and integration
Monitoring bank and PSP fees are correctly charged according to the agreement
Suggestions and implementation of how we can decrease banks and PSP fees
Comparison of fees between banks and PSPs, and optimisation of fee structure
Suggestions and implementation how we can decrease declines from PSPs and how to increase Approval rates
Corresponding with banks and all PSPs on issues
Reconcile payments received against statements from PSP and ensure that the correct amounts are recorded in the company's official records
Monitoring accuracy of fees deduction and rolling reserve from the PSP
Keeping track of market trends, looking for cost - reduction opportunities, checking - approving contracts / commercial parts / developing relationships with external contacts all over the world
Report to the CEO and CFO
Qualifications:
PSPs/Back-Office minimum of 2 years
Experience in Forex/Binary/Gambling minimum of 2 years
Good with numbers and detail attention.
Management experience or team lead a minimum of 1 year.
Experience in reconciliation/Matching
Good English communication skills
The salary will be based on skills and experience
The working hours are from 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
