• Develop and implement the Company’s strategy and business plan
• Manage and execute the business development strategy
• Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organisation
• Responsible for setting and monitoring the criteria for evaluating third parties offering services to the Company
• Build an effective team by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate Company’s Departments
• Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire understanding of the organizations financial and non-financial position
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for handling inside and proprietary information
• Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders, partners and external service providers
• Reviewing/Identifying and improving internal processes, ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented & maintained
• Supervise work of all Company aspects: Back Office, Dealing, Support, Compliance, Marketing and Risk Management function. Work closely with department heads on a daily basis.
• Evaluate, asses and implement changes to internal controls operations.
• Coordinating audit processes.
• Preparation of reports for CySEC in collaboration with Compliance and Dealing department.
• Excellent understanding the investment/forex business
• Excellent knowledge of the relevant legislation

• University Degree in Finance, Economics or Business.
• Previous experience not less than 3 years at similar position in investment company or investment bank.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Russian language is an advantage.

• CySEC Advanced certificate is a must.
