Limassol
Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol is looking to hire an Android Developer for their team in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
Deliver across the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support of mobile applications
Work with outside data sources and API's
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
Skills:
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a related subject
Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Experience with Java, Kotlin and Android Studio IDE
Experience with the Android SDK
Proven Android development experience
Have published at least one Android application on Google Play
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON / XML
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Knowledge of User Interface design principles
Great working knowledge of relational DBMS and SQL
Good knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to finish tasks on given deadlines
Fluent in English
