Job Description

Our client is a professional and well-established Forex Trading Company and they are looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of Forex Sales Manager for their office in Larnaca.  The ideal candidate will be a driven, enthusiastic, team player, team leader with the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities:

Manage overall Sales Operations (a team of 25 sales people)

Manage and implement sales strategy for his team

Set Targets for each account manager in terms of activation of new clients

Make sure targets of account managers are met on a monthly basis and if not identify if the account manager needs additional training and effectively resolving the matter at hand

Work closely with Marketing department and provide lead quality evaluation

Develop new sales tactics to approach each client segment properly.

Provide incentive plans for account managers and team leaders 

Reporting directly to VP Sales/CEO

Create sales and progress reports for VP Sales/CEO.

Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and the factors that influence them 

Report any misconduct, suggest appraisals, or penalties to Head of Training and Development in timely manner.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Financial Industry

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Conversion Manager

University graduates with Finance related degree will be considered an advantage 

Fluency in English language both oral communication and written is a must, other languages will be considered a plus

Proven track record of success in sales and business development 

Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills 

Must be efficient and organized 

Dynamic, innovative and target driven 

Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/ manage others in a fast paced & dynamic environment 

Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business 

Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment 

EU-citizen / work permit is a must

The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:30pm
