Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance of proper books in accordance with the Cyprus legislation
- Maintenance of a cash book, including monthly reconciliation of the bank accounts and analysis of receipts and payments
- VAT reporting
- Payroll, relevant tax reporting on employee costs and taxes
- Preparation of annual tax computation
- Preparation and submission of provisional tax declaration
- Calculation on a daily basis of the capital adequacy of the Company according to the formula provided by the CySEC
- Regulatory reporting to CySEC and CBC (CAR, large exposures, QST and etc)

Requirements: ACCA Certificate, 1C
English- fluent, IT friendly, Cyprus resident /working permit or citizenship
Work experience in CySEC regulated Company and successful experience within external audit passing are as an advantage.
