MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer phones in polite manner
· Help customers with questions regarding their internet connection
· Add data in company’s CRM system
· Must speak English, Greek, Russian and/or Arabic languages (two of those languages are mandatory)
· Computer literate
· Motivated, committed and disciplined
· Pleasant personality and appearance
