Our client in Nicosia, a CySEC regulated Forex Company, is looking for a Part-time IT Officer.
Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance of operating systems, equipment and applications in the field of activity of the company, according to existing documentation, procedures and rules
Monitoring and ensuring the functionality of the computer network
Resolving incidents assigned / reported by colleagues, according to the area of responsibility
Collaboration with co-workers to solve their requirements
Making activity reports according to the company's regulation
Fulfilling the roles and responsibilities that are assigned, as part of a project, in accordance with the job description and / or with the indications received from the department manager
Administrating Customer Relationship Management Systems
Managing users and ensuring company's system security
Collaborating and/or leading technical projects according to company's requirements
Managing sensitive system account information
Assistance to other services (if requested), in accordance with the communicated specifications
Qualifications:
Oriented towards solving technical problems and the ability to easily accumulate information in this field
Desired personality traits: seriousness / responsibility, loyalty, determination, adaptability, self-control, positive attitude; psychic qualities (observation, patience, speed of reaction, ability to orient in space, ability to communicate, etc.)

Experience in administrating CRMs could be an advantage
A good understanding of networking systems (OSI, TCP / IP models, routers, firewalls, VPN, etc)
The company offers a salaary of around € 1, 800 Gross, based on part time contract
The working hours will be 09:00 - 15:00, or it could be 10:00 - 15:00, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
