Duties:
• Know Your Customer
• Maintaining client records in an organized and easy to access way
• Processing transactions smoothly and in a timely manner
• Reconciliation reports with all the parts involved (broker-bank-LP)
• Actively provide support to clients and assisting with general inquiries
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Requirements:
• 2+ years of CIF experience
• Willing to HELP clients via phone if needed is a must
• Fluency in English both verbal and written with Russian being an advantage
• Excellent skills in document and process formation
